Pilling of wool and cashmere is a natural process due to the specific chemistry of natural fibers. Pilling tends to occur in areas prone to friction. You can easily remove the fuzzy balls with a special wool comb or a fabric shaver. If there are knots or snags on a woolen sweater, you should trim them with a fabric shaver and repeat the entire process – wear, trim, wash – until the wool surface becomes smooth.

It's a NO MULESING material - the wool is sourced in a humane manner, respecting the animals and avoiding the cruel practice of Mulesing, while also considering the environmental impact.

Following these simple guidelines, caring for your wool will be easier than you think. Dry cleaning wool is not recommended at all times. You can also hand wash the sweater, but make sure to use a gentle wool detergent and water at a temperature lower than 30°C. Turn the sweater inside out before washing. Submerge the garment in water and gently squeeze. Do not wring or stretch the clothing to avoid damaging the knitwear. If necessary, you can soak the clothing for up to 30 minutes. Then rinse the garment thoroughly in clean water, but handle it carefully. After washing, lay the damp sweater on a towel to air dry. To speed up drying, you can roll it in a towel. While rolling, gently press to remove excess water. After unrolling, reshape the garment to its original shape. Lay it flat to dry completely. Never use a dryer or hang the sweater to dry.
