Promotion Rules

These regulations define the terms and conditions of the promotion under the name BLACK WEEK -25% -15%. The Organizer of the Promotion is fobya.com with its registered office in Głowno (code: 95-015), address: ul. Sucharskiego 2. The promotion is conducted through the online store fobya.com (hereinafter also: "Store"). The promotion starts on November 22, 2021 and lasts until November 28, 2021 inclusive. The promotion is valid only for retail orders. The Customer may use the Promotion multiple times, but only once while placing one order. The promotion applies to selected products and does not apply to products from the SALE category. The BLACK WEEK promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, nor can it be combined with the promotion for subscribing to the newsletter. The BLACK WEEK promotion is combined with the Free shipping promotion from 500 PLN. The condition for participation in the Promotion is the purchase of selected or selected products from the website www.fobya.com available as part of the promotion. If the order is canceled entirely for reasons attributable to the Customer, the Customer has the right to use the Promotion again. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect use of the Promotion. The promotion is directed to the Store's customers who are consumers within the meaning of the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and does not include wholesale. Personal data of Promotion participants will be used based on applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data. Participant's participation in the promotion means acceptance of the promotion rules contained in these Regulations and acceptance of the principles of the store regulations published at https://fobya.com/pl/content/3-regulamin-fobya
