Placing an order in the online store fobya.com signifies consent to the storage and processing of personal data provided, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101 item 926 consolidated text with later changes).
These data will be made available to the transport company in order to deliver the parcel. At the same time, the customer agrees to transfer his e-mail address to Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. based in Poznan in order to complete a survey with an opinion about a transaction made in the Fobya.com store and confirmation of taking over the Buyer Protection Program (in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997), and also to Opineo Sp. z o.o. in order to evaluate the purchase.
Every Fobya customer has the right to view and change his data in our system. Complete deletion of data is not possible when the account of the client in fobya contains accounting documents requiring storage.
Cookie files
Our sites use cookies. Using our websites without changing the settings for cookies means that they will be stored in the device's memory.
Cookies are small text files that Fobya uses to identify users visiting the store's website, and thus improvement of shopping. In this way, for example, the "Cart" function and its ability to "remember" work. Cookies are saved by the browser on the hard disk only for the duration of the session, they take up a small amount of space and do not affect the work of the computer.
Cookies do not contain information about the person.
