The pilling of wool and cashmere is a natural process. This is due to the specific chemistry of natural fibers. Pilling most often occurs in areas particularly susceptible to friction. It's easy to remove the matted balls with a special wool comb or a clothes shaver. If knots appear on wool products, they should be trimmed with a wool clipper and washed, repeating the entire process—wearing, shearing, washing—until the wool surface becomes smooth.

The yarn we use to produce our sweaters has the highest quality global certificates: Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and Responsible Wool Standard (RWS).
This is a NO MULESING raw material - the wool is obtained in a humane way, respecting the feelings of animals from farms where the cruel Mulesing method is not used for sheep and paying attention to the impact on the environment.


With these simple guidelines, caring for your wool will be easier than you thought.
Dry cleaning wool all the time is not recommended.
You can also wash your clothes by hand, but make sure you use a gentle detergent for wool and water at less than 30°C.
Turn clothes inside out before washing.
Submerge the garment in water and squeeze gently.
Do not wring or stretch the garment to avoid damaging the fabric.
If necessary, you can soak the garment for up to 30 minutes. Then rinse the garment thoroughly in clean water, but carefully. After washing, place the damp garment on a towel to dry.
To speed up drying, you can roll it up with a towel.
While rolling, press gently to remove water.
After unfolding, straighten the garment to its original shape. Lay it flat to dry completely. Never dry it in a dryer or hang it to dry.

What is the waiting time for delivery?

Delivery time is 1 to 10 business days. Typically, it's the next business day. Delivery times may be extended if the customer (or other people who can accept the delivery) is not present at the specified delivery address, the courier is unable to contact them, or for other reasons beyond the courier's control.

We are committed to processing your orders quickly. Our standard procedure is to deliver your goods within one to three business days from the moment you place your cash-on-delivery order or receive payment for an order paid by bank transfer.

When does the decision on the form of payment be made?

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible. Our standard procedure is to deliver goods within 1 to 10 business days from the moment a cash-on-delivery order is placed or payment for an order paid by bank transfer is received.

Orders placed through the store are processed immediately after payment is received and credited to our account, or when ordered with the cash on delivery option. The fastest payment method is through PayU and PayPal – payment confirmation usually arrives within 15 minutes.

What time will the courier deliver my parcel?

Couriers deliver parcels on business days (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, it is possible on the website of the courier company GLS (locate your parcel). The e-mail confirming the shipment of your order contains the consignment number, which, when entered in the search engine above, will allow you to quickly check where your parcel is currently located.

What to do if delivery is delayed?

If you have any problems tracking down an undelivered shipment, please contact GLS (contact). The GLS Customer Service Department will use the consignment number provided in the order confirmation email to determine the status of your shipment. We encourage you to inspect the shipment before accepting delivery from the courier. In the event of damage resulting from improper transportation, please complete a damage report in the presence of the courier and then contact our Customer Service Department.
