GIFT CARD - VOUCHER REGULATIONS


1. GIFT CARD ISSUER
1.1. The issuer of the Gift Card is MAXV Marcin Golisz, ul. Sikorskiego 96, 95-015 Głowno, NIP: 7331022387, REGON: 470678896, being the owner of the Marcin Golisz brand, as well as the online store available at: www.fobya.com
2. LEGAL REGULATIONS
2.1. The legal basis is these Terms and Conditions, which are also the only document specifying the rules for using the Voucher. The text of the Terms and Conditions is available at: https://fobya.com/pl/content/11-regulamin-promocji

3. VOUCHER VALIDITY PERIOD, RULES FOR PURCHASING THE CARD.
3.1. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3.2. The Gift Card can be purchased and redeemed in the online store www.fobya.com.
3.3. The card is sent via email with the card in electronic form. At the Customer's request, a physical, paper card can be produced and then sent to the specified address.
3.4. The Issuer is not responsible for stolen, lost or destroyed cards.
4. RULES FOR USING THE VOUCHER.
4.1. The Gift Card may be used by natural persons with full legal capacity to make purchases in the online store www.fobya.com.
4.2. Gift Cards are available in four denominations:

  • 100 PLN
  • 200 PLN
  • 500 PLN
  • 1000 PLN

4.2. If the purchase of goods exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the Customer may pay the difference.
4.3. If the purchase price is lower than the value of the Gift Card, no change will be issued and any unused funds will be forfeited.
4.4. The card is not a payment card and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
4.5. The coupon is valid for one time use and must be used in a single transaction. The coupon can only be combined with selected promotions available in the online store. It cannot be combined with other discount codes. The coupon cannot be reused.
5. RETURN OF GOODS, COMPLAINTS.
5.1. Goods purchased using a Gift Card are not subject to return and may only be exchanged for other available goods at the same price or at a higher price (for an additional fee) – provided that they have not been used.
6. OTHER.
6.1. The Regulations are valid from 22 December 2022 until further notice.
6.2. In matters not regulated, the Civil Code shall apply.
6.3. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Regulations and mandatory provisions, the provisions of the mandatory provisions shall prevail. The same applies to the assessment of these Regulations in the light of Articles 3851 and 3853 of the Civil Code.
6.4. The court with jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between the parties is the court with jurisdiction under generally applicable provisions.

Each Participant who signs up for the newsletter on the fobya.com online store for the first time from January 1, 2020, during the Promotion period, and confirms their subscription, will receive a one-time code entitling them to a 10% discount on fobya.com products. The Promotion applies to one order and selected products – in this case, these are REGULAR PRICE products and do not apply to SALE/CLEARANCE products. Participants will receive a unique discount code that reduces the value of their order by 10%. The discount code is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. The NEWSLETTER promotion cannot be combined with other promotions in the fobya store. To start receiving the Newsletter Service, the User must consent to receiving commercial information. Consent is provided by providing their email address in the appropriate field on the website or by checking the appropriate checkbox and confirming it by clicking the activation link sent by fobya.com to the email address provided by the User (the moment the Newsletter Service begins). The Newsletter service agreement is concluded for an indefinite period. The User has the right to terminate the Newsletter service agreement at any time. Termination is effective immediately. The User may terminate the Newsletter service agreement (unsubscribe from receiving the Newsletter) at any time by activating ("clicking") the deactivation link provided in the Newsletter. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount. Cancellation of the Promotion will not affect the validity of discount codes issued before the end of the Promotion. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time, without providing reasons. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date they are announced.
