What is the waiting time for delivery?

Delivery time is 1 to 10 business days. Typically, it's the next business day. Yes, it is possible on the website of the courier company GLS (locate your parcel). The e-mail confirming the shipment of your order contains the consignment number, which, when entered in the search engine above, will allow you to quickly check where your parcel is currently located.

What to do if delivery is delayed?

If you have any problems tracking down an undelivered shipment, please contact GLS (contact). The GLS Customer Service Department will use the consignment number provided in the order confirmation email to determine the status of your shipment. We encourage you to inspect the shipment before accepting delivery from the courier. In the event of damage resulting from improper transportation, please complete a damage report in the presence of the courier and then contact our Customer Service Department.
