Pink cotton sweater

The idea for this colorful sweater pattern came to our designer one October evening. She sat by a lamp with pink light. She drew the first lines of rhombuses, and then decided that each one needed the company of a little heart. Thus was born a sweater that combines the carefreeness of first love with the wild joy of wearing pink. Our team initially thought it would be too extravagant, but after the first fitting, no one doubted it was a bull's-eye, and this was exactly the style our collection was missing. The sweater is made of soft cotton and it's truly hard not to fall in love with it, and when we saw the first photos, we realized we'd created something that would bring a smile to even the gloomiest day. The rhombus pattern was given a touch of whimsy, and the hearts completed it like the cherry on top of an ice cream sundae. What is the waiting time for delivery?

Delivery time is 1 to 10 business days. Typically, it's the next business day. Delivery times may be extended if the customer (or other people who can accept the delivery) is not present at the specified delivery address, the courier is unable to contact them, or for other reasons beyond the courier's control.

We are committed to processing your orders quickly. Our standard procedure is to deliver your goods within one to three business days from the moment you place your cash-on-delivery order or receive payment for an order paid by bank transfer.

When does the decision on the form of payment be made?

You choose your payment method when placing your order by selecting the appropriate options on the form. Can I receive a VAT invoice for the products I order? Yes, to receive a VAT invoice, please select the "I want to receive a VAT invoice" option when placing your order.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible. Our standard procedure is to deliver goods within 1 to 10 business days from the moment a cash-on-delivery order is placed or payment for an order paid by bank transfer is received.

Orders placed through the store are processed immediately after payment is received and credited to our account, or when ordered with the cash on delivery option. The fastest payment method is through PayU and PayPal – payment confirmation usually arrives within 15 minutes.

What time will the courier deliver my parcel?

Couriers deliver parcels on business days (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, it is possible on the website of the courier company GLS (locate your parcel). The e-mail confirming the shipment of your order contains the consignment number, which, when entered in the search engine above, will allow you to quickly check where your parcel is currently located.

What to do if delivery is delayed?

If you have any problems tracking down an undelivered shipment, please contact GLS (contact). The GLS Customer Service Department will use the consignment number provided in the order confirmation email to determine the status of your shipment. We encourage you to inspect the shipment before accepting delivery from the courier. In the event of damage resulting from improper transportation, please complete a damage report in the presence of the courier and then contact our Customer Service Department.
